ALEX GONZALEZ DW ICON™ SNARE DRUM
DW is proud to present the Alex Gonzalez DW ICON™ Snare; a tribute to the legendary drummer of Latin pop icons Maná. Alex Gonzalez and his band, Maná, are one of the biggest pop/rock bands in the world. They have sold more than 40 million records, winning four GRAMMYs and nine Latin GRAMMYs. Gonzalez’ wide ranging grooves, complex flourishes, and awesome chops have been the driving force of the band from day one.
The 6.5" x 14” Alex Gonzalez DW ICON™ snare has been constructed using an 11-ply HVLT™ North American Hard Rock Maple shell with a Birdseye Maple outer veneer that is dyed gray. It is fitted with premium black nickel DW hardware featuring a MAG Throw-off™, five-position (5P) butt plate, True-Hoops®, True-Pitch® tuning, DW Heads™ by Remo®, and more. The outer shell is decorated with vivid wood inlays using dyed Pearwood, Koto, and Tulipwood. The designs represent the Maná logo, Gonzalez’ iconic rose logo, and his portrait.
Only 250 of this remarkable limited edition snare will be made. Each includes a deluxe DW carrying case and a signed certificate of authenticity from John Good. A portion of proceeds from the sale of each snare will be donated to the charity nominated by Alex, narizroja.org who are helping to support cancer patients.

DAVE GROHL DW ICON™ SNARE DRUM
Dave Grohl’s illustrious career has been marked by legendary bands and compelling projects. His ICON™ snare drum celebrates his self- produced Sound City documentary, as well as his personal studio that now houses the sacred Sound City console. The visionary’s face adorns the all-maple drum, as well as his feather tattoo artwork and the logos of both recording studios—all laser-cut from 1/36” veneer and hand inlayed into a background of teal-dyed Exotic Birdseye Maple. Nickel plated hardware complements the eye-catching color scheme. Other features include 11-ply North American Hard Rock Maple VLT shell, True-HoopsTM, True-Pitch 50TM Tuning, True-Tone Snare WiresTM, MAG throw-off with 3P butt plate and more. JIM KELTNER DW ICON™ SNARE DRUM
DW are pleased to release a limited edition Jim Keltner ICON snare drum. Only 250 will ever be made and each is numbered and signed by DW’s own John Good.
“Everyone at Drum Workshop is honored to present this very special ICON snare drum to in honor of our good friend and drumming legend, Jim Keltner,” said Good. “His contributions to the drum community and music industry at large are well documented.” Jim’s passion for the art form and stylistic integrity are have been captured with this Icon ICON snare drum which is crafted from 11 plies of North American Hard Rock Maple and features VLT (Vertical Low Timbre) grain orientation.
Finished with intricate laser-cut, exotic and dyed-wood inlays inspired by Jim’s vintage Collector’s Series kit, his signature aviator sunglasses and “Oooeeee” custom license plate, it’s a collectable and a highly-playable instrument. The 6.5” x 14” drum is outfitted with Jim’s favorite mini turret lugs in weathered-looking Antique Brass and comes standard with matching True-Hoops™ and MAG throw-off system, True-Pitch Tuning™, True-Tone™ snare wires, and DW Heads by Remo®.

COLLECTOR'S SERIES® PURE ALMOND™
The hardest wood offered in the Collector’s Series line, Pure Almond has a bright sonic personality in the same family as Pure Oak and Pure Purpleheart. Finished in stunning Toasted Almond to Natural Burst, each kit and be ordered in a maximum of 6-pieces and paired with any Custom Shop drum hardware color. Offered seasonally, only about 50 kits and snares will be produced. Each drum is specially labeled and signed by John Good.

PAYING TRIBUTE TO FRANK ZAPPA’S INFAMOUS DRUM COMPOSITION
Written expressly for Terry Bozzio, “The Black Page” has become the stuff of legend among the drumming community. The notorious notation is laser-etched into Exotic White Birdseye Maple and the titles and iconic Zappa moustache is hand-inlayed with dyed-black Pearwood on this limited edition snare drum. The snare drum also features an 11-ply North American Hard Rock Maple shell.
